Photo of ID or passport
A government-issued photo identification is required for all applicants.
2 most recent pay stubs or offer letter
Provide your two most recent pay stubs, or an offer letter from a new place of employment.
Credit score & credit report screenshot
A screenshot of your credit score and credit report showing the applicant's name.
Completed Rental Application form
Fill out and submit the rental application form in full before your application can be reviewed.
References (optional but recommended)
Not required, but providing references is a great bonus that can help boost your application's standing.
Please note: If anyone else will be living with you who is 18 years of age or older, they will need to complete this checklist and fill out an application too.
